I bought my first Cork (Premium Hybrid II) and adapted very easily. After a few weeks of use, the racket's protection started to come off. I contacted customer service, and in just over a week, they resolved the issue by installing a new protection. As a courtesy, they also installed a new overgrip, much better than the one I initially had. Fast and efficient service and customer care. Absolutely amazing, 5 stars!  .
